In every wedding, the cake has always been a part of a wedding celebration since the Roman times. It is a symbol of good luck and fertility for the newlywed couple. The sharing of this food symbolizes the couple's willingness to fulfill each others' needs in creating a bond that is so simple, but very strong.

I strongly believed that finding the right cake designer and maker is the main key to have the most beautiful and perfect wedding cake for your Big Day. Plus, a good cake maker would always give you some guidance from the design and flavors of the cake that works best for you, that compliment well with both your personalities. It is not easy to choose the type of cake that you want to have on your wedding day because there are so many things that you need to consider such as the wedding theme and color schemes that you'll be having, the wedding dress and the flowers of the bride's bouquet, and the venue is very important for making the celebration a dream come true.

My husband and I were so lucky that we have given the opportunity to meet Ellen June our cake maker for our wedding. She is very nice and accommodating, thus, customized each cake that she make according to her client's design and wishes. We couldn't express enough how grateful we are for everything that she did to provide the perfect cake and cupcakes for our wedding. Ellen had lived up to our expectations and we truly enjoyed being part of the design process. She made us feel at ease during our initial meeting and the final product was better than we could have imagined. It was absolutely gorgeous, so elegant, and the confection of our wedding topper looked beautiful which really represent us as the bride and groom. Also, the cupcakes were a huge hit and of course, it was so delicious - we couldn't ask for more. Marco and I really appreciate it that she was the one who delivered and set up the cake on the day of our wedding. We were so happy because she helped us create those personal touches a reality, having the ability to carve the designs by hand and for working with us, making our wedding a perfect day for both of us.
